The brief
Nelly Works is a tech recruitment company on a mission to make hiring more inclusive. Their client work was strong, their own brand presence wasn't keeping up. They needed a complete brand identity, a consistent social strategy, and a full creative partner to launch and run their new podcast, NellyTalks, from scratch.
What I did
I built their brand identity from the ground up; logo suite, colour palette, typography, and guidelines, then applied it across every touchpoint: social content, event signage, printed materials, and LinkedIn illustration assets.
For the podcast, I owned the whole process: guest comms, recording, editing for both audio and video, and worked to it in front of the right audience.
