Creative Support, Without the Corporate Bullsh*t.

Built for founders who don't fit the mould, neurodivergent, queer, female-led, and ready to build on their own terms.

Spark & Bloom was born from a simple belief:

Creative Support Should Feel Like a Partnership, Not a Transaction.

Starting a business is personal. It’s messy, emotional, and full of decisions you’re somehow meant to already understand. We get it because we’ve been there. We’re not here to throw jargon at you or nod blankly while you spiral. We’re here to listen, simplify, and genuinely care about whether your business sinks or swims. Because let’s be honest, most of us are just figuring it out as we go.

So why not figure it out together?

Hey, I’m Lucy!

I'm the founder of Spark & Bloom, and right now, I'm the whole bloomin' team. After years of freelancing and trying to squeeze into nine-to-fives, I started my own agency, built around clarity, flexibility, and treating people like people. Like many of the founders I work with, I'm building this from scratch, so I know how personal it all feels.

I was diagnosed as autistic, which helped explain why traditional workplaces never worked for me. It's also where my problem-solving, pattern-spotting, and creativity come from, the reason I spot the angle others miss and make work that actually feels authentic to you, not a template with your logo slapped on it.

I mainly work with neurodivergent, female, and LGBTQ+ founders (and I properly love a purpose-led business), and working with me feels less faceless agency, more your most switched-on mate who knows exactly what she's doing. Big-name experience, small-studio care. No suits, no jargon. Just you, me, a cup of tea (or coffee), and some big plans.

These days, I work out of a shed in my parents' garden, alongside my partner Adam and our sassy cat, Rosie. The plan from here is to grow the business, move out, and eventually buy a place with a garden of our own.

I'm all bubbly energy and dad jokes, with a serious passion for work that actually does its job. So if that's your sort of thing, you're my kind of person.

That's me! Now, let's talk about you.

Not Just Pretty Words

Our values aren’t just words we picked to sound nice; they’re the foundation of how we work, how we treat people, and how we make sure our clients feel supported from day one.

01. Inclusivity

We champion underrepresented founders, especially neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and female-led brands because that’s what we are!

02. Empowerment

We’re here to help you feel confident showing up, not just with polished visuals, but with the clarity and tools to own your message.

03. Creativity

We don’t do copy-paste. Every idea, design, and strategy is shaped around you; your quirks, your goals, your people.

04. Flexibility

We adapt to you. Whether you need structured support or a gentle nudge, we meet you where you are and build from there.

05. Authenticity

No smoke and mirrors, no confusing lingo. Just honest advice, real results, and a partner who genuinely gives a shit.
