CASE STUDY
TRVLR
Ongoing · Travel app · Content Guide package
The brief
TRVLR is a travel planning app built for a younger, predominantly female audience. When they came to me, they needed everything — a brand identity, a social presence, and a way to generate real interest ahead of their app launch. Since then, the relationship has grown into ongoing monthly content work.
"I hired Lucy's to produce content for my travel brand. She did a great job at listening to what I wanted and delivering the content quickly and professionally.”
— Daniella Conway, TRVLR founder
What I did
I built their brand kit from scratch; logo variations, colour palette, typography, profile assets, cover images, and social graphic templates. From there I created a launch set of nine SEO-optimised posts with brand-voiced captions, giving them a ready-to-go channel that felt considered from day one.
For their freshers fair campaign, I designed banners and flyers with a QR code leading to a travel personality quiz I conceived and built, recommending university trips based on the user's travel style and funnelling them into the app to plan them. It drove over 1,000 sign-ups and gave TRVLR a genuine standout moment on the expo floor.
On an ongoing basis, I deliver content each month: 2–3 posts per week and brand-voiced captions all built around the TRVLR audience and tone.
"I highly recommend her if you are looking for a social media manager, she's one of a kind!”
— Daniella Conway, TRVLR founder
What landed
A brand and social presence that launched with confidence. A freshers fair activation that converted. And a monthly content rhythm that keeps TRVLR showing up consistently for an audience that's hard to get right, and easy to get wrong.
